Our Classes

The BPM experience is about finding your inner Athlete Badass Warrior

At BPM, we offer three different formats of classes: 45 Minutes of Indoor, Power Based Cycling, 45 Minutes of full body and dynamic strength training, and 60-minute combination classes that bring you the best of both.

Our classes primarily use Kettlebells and TRX Straps, but we incorporate other modalities to keep you on your toes!

Our strength and combo classes have 4 different styles: The Roots, Pure Power, The Full Body Burn, and The Circuit Breaker.

The Circuit Breaker™

The Circuit Breaker™

The Circuit Breaker™ is our signature high-powered, full-body workout where members are split into groups. The workout begins with 30 minutes of cycling and then members will head into the Strength Studio for 30 minutes where they will be split into groups at different stations throughout the room. Each group moves together as a unit, going from one station to the next until the full Circuit has been completed. All exercises are done for time. Members will leave feeling accomplished, challenged, and empowered.

The Full Body Burn™

The Full Body Burn™

The Full Body Burn™ is our signature high-powered, full-body workout that creates a fun and dynamic atmosphere by splitting the room into two groups. Members will begin with 30 minutes of cycling, after which they will head into the Strength Studio for 30 minutes and are split in half. There are 3-2 minute burnouts and two sets of work that each group will complete. All challenges and sets are for time. Be prepared to sweat, push yourself to the limits, and have fun!

The Roots™

The Roots™

The Roots™ is our signature high-powered, full-body workout based on TRX's original programming model. Members will begin with 30 minutes of cycling, followed by 30 minutes in our Strength Studio. The strength portion consists of two blocks of work, 6 exercises in each, followed by a daily challenge. All exercises are done for time. In The Roots™ workout, we are able to drill form and perfect each movement down to its roots.

Pure Power™

Pure Power™

Pure Power™ is our signature high- powered, full-body workout where your strength and power will be pushed to the max! Members will begin with 30 minutes of cycling , after which they will head into the Strength Studio for 30 minutes. Expect to see longer intervals of work, giving you the opportunity to lift heavier, move slower, and work on your form and progress. All challenges are set for time. Be prepared to sweat, push yourself to the limits, and have fun!

Cycle BPM™

Cycle BPM™

Cycle BPM is our signature 45-minute indoor cycling class. Members will ride to the beat of the music in an insanely fun and challenging workout that brings them through a range of different speeds and resistance levels.

Q: Do you offer express classes?

A: All BPM signature classes are also offered in two different formats, hybrid or express. Hybrid classes combine 30 minutes of indoor cycling at the beginning followed by 30 minutes of strength training. Strength classes are 45 minutes of strength training, with no indoor cycling.
