..The workouts are programmed meticulously and intelligently, something I have not experienced at other group classes in Philadelphia. You're not just doing exercises because they look cool or because they'll "burn your fat away". You're doing them because they'll help you move better, look strong and feel like a badass! I keep coming back to BPM because it makes me excited to exercise, to forget about the stressors in my outside world and to leave feeling 10x better than when I walked in.
