The Experience

The BPM Experience is about finding your inner athlete.

The BPM Experience has five different class styles using full body and high powered movements to give you the best workout. Our workouts are made for every fitness level and will push you to become the best version of yourself.

All BPM signature classes are offered in two different lengths, hybrid or express. Hybrid classes combine 30 minutes of indoor cycling at the beginning, followed by 30 minutes of strength training. Express classes are 45 minutes of strength training without indoor cycling. Cycle BPM™ is a 45-minute class with only indoor cycling, and no strength training.

- Multiple Stations
- TRX, battle ropes, resistance bands, dumbbells, slam balls, and sandbags
- Teams of 4-8 people max
- All work is done for time
The Full Body Burn™
The Full Body Burn™
The Full Body Burn™ is our signature high-powered, full-body workout that creates a fun and dynamic atmosphere by splitting the room into two groups. Members will begin with 30 minutes of cycling, after which they will head into the Strength Studio for 30 minutes and are split in half. There are 3-2 minute burnouts and two sets of work that each group will complete. All challenges and sets are for time. Be prepared to sweat, push yourself to the limits, and have fun!
The Roots
The Roots
- This is traditional TRX formatting with two blocks of six exercises
- Members will use dumbbells, ropes, sandbags, resistance bands, and slam balls in addition to the TRX straps.
- All work is done for time
Cycle BPM™
Cycle BPM™
Cycle BPM is our signature 45-minute indoor cycling class. Members will ride to the beat of the music in an insanely fun and challenging workout that brings them through a range of different speeds and resistance levels.
Pure Power™
Pure Power™
Pure Power™ is our signature high- powered, full-body workout where your strength and power will be pushed to the max! Members will begin with 30 minutes of cycling , after which they will head into the Strength Studio for 30 minutes. Expect to see longer intervals of work, giving you the opportunity to lift heavier, move slower, and work on your form and progress. All challenges are set for time. Be prepared to sweat, push yourself to the limits, and have fun!

Hybrid or Strength
All BPM signature classes are offered in two different lengths, normal or express. Normal classes are hybrid and include 30 minutes of indoor cycling at the beginning and Express are only 45 minutes of exercises, no indoor cycling.
