The Experience

The BPM Experience is about
finding your inner athlete.

There are four different class styles: The Circuit Breaker™, The Team Effort™, The Roots™, and Cycle BPM™. All four styles are featured on the schedule daily, and the workouts are programmed by movement instead of just by body part to allow you a fun, safe, and effective workout that you can come to as many times per week as you want.

All BPM signature classes are offered in two different lengths, hybrid or express. Hybrid classes combine 30 minutes of indoor cycling at the beginning, followed by 30 minutes of strength training. Express classes are 45 minutes of strength training without indoor cycling. Cycle BPM™ is a 45-minute class with only indoor cycling, and no strength training.

The Circuit Breaker

- Multiple Stations
- TRX, battle ropes, resistance bands, dumbbells, slam balls, and sandbags
- Teams of 4-8 people max
- All work is done for time
The Team Effort
The Team Effort
- The room is split into two teams, each at a different station
- Three total team challenges: one at the beginning, one before the teams switch stations, and one at the end to take you to the finish
- The two teams complete two different groupings of 4 exercises and switch at the halfway point
- The team to win the most team challenges is the winner
- All work is done for time
The Roots
The Roots
- This is traditional TRX formatting with two blocks of six exercises
- Members will use dumbbells, ropes, sandbags, resistance bands, and slam balls in addition to the TRX straps.

Hybrid or Express
All BPM signature classes are offered in two different lengths, normal or express. Normal classes are hybrid and include 30 minutes of indoor cycling at the beginning and Express are only 45 minutes of exercises, no indoor cycling.
