Not your average studio

BPM Fitness offers indoor cycling and TRX classes. Members have the option to take a 45-minute cycling class, a 45-minute TRX class, or a 60-minute Hybrid Class that combines 30 minutes of indoor cycling and TRX.

You can cancel classes up to 8 hours in advance free of charge and without losing the class. Reservations canceled outside of the 8 hour window will result in loss of class, or for our unlimited members, a late cancellation fee of $10.

Cycle BPM is our signature 45-minute indoor cycling class. members will ride to the beat of the music in an insanely fun and challenging workout that brings you through a range of different speeds and resistance levels using wattage to help you measure how hard you are working and to track your progress over time.
TRX Fit

TRX Fit
TRX fit is a 45-minute class that challenges our members without working to failure. the goal is to maintain a heavy metabolic load and increased heart rate. members can expect high-intensity intervals and power based movements that will pump up their heart rates and leave them feeling accomplished.
TRX Strong
TRX Strong
TRX Strong
TRX strong is a 45-minute workout where the goal is to build strength and muscle. as compared to TRX fit, members will do more sets with fewer reps, have more challenging bodyweight loads, and have increased recovery time. members can expect slower movements with longer time under muscle tension that will challenge and build their strength.

BPM Fit is our signature hybrid class consisting of 30 mins of indoor cycle followed by 30 mins of TRX Fit training. The goal of our BPM Fit classes is to increase heart rate with high-intensity intervals that will pump up metabolism, torch calories, and leave members feeling accomplished.

BPM Strong is our signature hybrid class consisting of 30 mins of indoor cycle followed by 30 mins of TRX Strong training. The goal of our BPM Strong classes is to challenge resistance levels with a greater muscular demand that will build strength while still providing a cardio challenge.
